These terms and conditions apply to the use of the TestSeed platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Purpose: TestSeed provides tools for generating synthetic test data (seeds).
Right of use: By generating data, you receive a worldwide, commercially usable right to this data for an unlimited period of time. You may use it freely in your own projects, apps, and databases.
Restriction: It is prohibited to use TestSeed's services to copy the platform or overload the infrastructure with automated requests (except via official APIs).
Processing: All payments are processed via the service provider Stripe.
Prices: The prices stated in the dashboard at the time of ordering apply.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time at the end of the current billing period via the user dashboard.
Synthetic data: The generated data is purely synthetic and is used for testing purposes. We accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the data for critical production systems.
Availability: We strive to ensure high availability of the platform (Google Cloud Hosting), but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Limitation of liability: In cases of slight negligence, TestSeed shall only be liable for breaches of material contractual obligations.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is (to the extent legally permissible) your place of residence/location.
