Subscription & Billing

Everything you need to know about managing your TestSeed plans, invoices, and payment methods.

The Stripe Customer Portal

Self-Service Billing. We use Stripe to ensure your payment data is handled with the highest level of security. You can manage your entire subscription through our integrated billing portal without needing to contact support.

How to access the portal:

  1. Log in to your TestSeed account.
  2. Click on Settings in the sidebar.
  3. Select the Billing tab.
  4. Click on "Manage Subscription". You will be securely redirected to the Stripe Billing Dashboard.

Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)

Scale as you grow. Whether you need more generation credits for a big sprint or want to scale back, you can change your plan at any time.

Upgrades: When you upgrade, the change is effective immediately. Stripe will calculate a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrades: If you choose a smaller plan, the changes will typically take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Invoices & Payment Methods

Keep your records clean. Through the Billing Portal, you have full control over your financial history with TestSeed.

Update Payment Methods: Add or remove credit cards, or set up SEPA direct debit.

Download Invoices: Access your full billing history and download PDF invoices for your accounting department.

VAT/Tax ID: You can add your company's VAT ID (USt-IdNr.) directly in the portal to ensure correct tax calculation on your invoices.

Cancellation Policy

No hidden hurdles. We believe in the value of TestSeed, but we make it easy to leave if our tool is no longer the right fit for you.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal.

Access After Cancellation: You will retain full access to your plan's features until the end of your current paid billing period.

Data Retention: After your subscription ends, your data models will remain saved for 90 days in "Read-Only" mode before being scheduled for deletion.
